Our storm water discharge permit through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MNR040000 Section 17) requires that we provide the public the opportunity to provide input on the adequacy of our Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). If after reviewing the information on our SWPPP website, you have any comments or questions for us, we invite you to fill out the comment form below. Your name and email address are requested to let you know the outcome of your comment. If you wish to remain anonymous you do not have to fill out this information, but then we will not be able to personally respond to you.
