Important Update 9.9.2025
Temporarily, we will be operating with limited service to ensure we can effectively prioritize and care for our campus. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on meeting this critical priority.
Limited Services:
- Priority cleaning will occur in restrooms, public space and high profile locations. Secondary locations will be attended to, depending on staffing levels. Some restrooms may be locked.
- Office trash and recycling must be delivered to centralized locations. Please bring food waste to centralized composting locations.
- All routine, preventive, and project maintenance activities will be suspended.
- FM Call Center will triage calls and decide priorities for response. M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, please call 218-726-8262. For emergencies M-F 4:00pm-10:00pm, please call 218-726-8147.
- The UMD Mailroom will coordinate inbound and outbound UPS to/from UPS Hub. If campus units expect UPS deliveries or outbound needs, they should coordinate through the Mail Room staff or contact the UPS Hub independently. Due to the volume of inbound packages, please try to avoid calling the mail room to confirm delivery. Instead, check the tracking numbers at the UPS website.
